Nicky Deasy Consultant
Nicky Deasy is a corporate finance advisor with nearly 20 years of deal experience. She advises shareholders and senior management on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and sales of businesses, the exit of minority shareholders, management buy-outs and company valuations. She also advises on strategic business and financial planning, restructuring, succession planning process for shareholders, and financial modelling.
She raises venture capital and angel equity for early stage high growth companies, as well as equity to fund deals, together with corporate debt and grant funding. She was previously a Director of Corporate Finance with Ernst & Young and Associate Director with KPMG Corporate Finance. She is a Chartered Accountant, and has a first class honours degree in finance from Trinity College Dublin.
