Kate Squires Office Manager
Kate graduated with an honours degree in Psychology and a diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin.
Before joining Squires Gilbride as Practice Manager in 2005 Kate worked in the Enterprise Policy and Planning Department in Forfas and then in the Grants Administration Department of Enterprise Ireland.
Kate is responsible for Company Secretarial services in Squires Gilbride and advises clients in areas of Irish Company law and assists with share transactions. She is also head of HR and Payroll services and advises clients in areas of employment law as well as employment tax issues from remuneration planning to redundancy and termination planning.
